Job Summary

HR Manager role responsible for guiding compensation, benefits, employee engagement, retention, professional development and diversity while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Provides coaching and conflict resolution to managers and staff; develops and enforces policies; administers compensation and benefits programs; supports recruiting and staffing; delivers employee training; maintains records; analyzes trends and partners with HR team to implement improvements. Requires in-office work at 300 Gleed Ave Suite 2 East Aurora, NY, travel as needed, and ability to obtain security clearance for a federal contractor. Education includes a high school diploma or GED plus 3+ years HR experience and a bachelor’s degree or professional certification (PHR/SPHR or CP/SCP) or equivalent experience; background check required. Working conditions include potential weekend/evening work and travel; environment includes standard office settings with occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
