Job Summary
Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for a healthcare staffing environment. Manage HR staff, develop policies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations. Lead full-cycle recruitment, oversee onboarding and training, maintain employee records, handle employee relations, and monitor workforce metrics. Coordinate performance management, support benefits administration, and improve HR systems and workflows. Requires 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare staffing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Salary is $25.00–$30.00 per hour for a full-time role in Baltimore, MD.
Required Qualifications
