Job Summary
HR Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and serving as a strategic partner to leaders and employees. Leads employee relations investigations, manages workers’ compensation and leave programs (FMLA, ADA), supports recruitment and onboarding, oversees HRIS administration and reporting, ensures compliance with employment laws, and drives initiatives to enhance retention, culture, and operational efficiency. Requires leadership, confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to travel across South Florida; on-site role in Miami Beach with regular travel. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with hospitality/multi-location experience and supervisory background. Proficiency with HRIS, policy development, and data-driven HR processes is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resource experience
- Experience in employee relations, investigations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR operations required
- Hospitality, restaurant, or multi-location workforce experience is strongly preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms and HR reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Ability to travel between company locations as needed
- English communication skills (written and verbal)
