Job Summary
Partner with Operations leadership on workforce planning, staffing, retention, and org changes while mobilizing crews fast for outages, turnarounds, and project surges. Lead thorough investigations into complaints and grievances, coach managers on engagement, and deliver bilingual HR support in Spanish and English for translations and one-on-one conversations. Track and manage Safety Council, DISA, DOT/PHMSA, and NCCER credentials to ensure site-readiness, oversee compliance training, and handle benefits enrollment, FMLA, and workers' comp cases. Manage the HR Department of 3-5 employees and support open enrollment and renewal processes. Mostly office-based with occasional travel to remote jobsites; requires lifting up to 15 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- deep employee relations chops
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Direct experience supporting blue-collar, field-based workforces
- Working knowledge of Safety Councils, DISA, DOT/PHMSA, NCCER, and contractor compliance platforms
- Strong command of federal and state employment law and HR best practices
- Cool head under pressure
- Sharp problem-solving
- Sound judgment

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
