Job Summary
Oversee all HR functions in Thailand, including payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and team events, while mentoring the HR Specialist. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategies and collaborate with the Regional HR Head to implement regional policies. Partner with talent acquisition colleagues to define hiring strategies and develop employer branding initiatives. Mediate workplace conflicts, investigate grievances, and ensure adherence to Thai labor laws and internal policies. Design engagement activities, recognition programs, and work-life balance initiatives to foster a positive culture and promote inclusivity. Manage contract oversight, visas, and work permits while providing regular HR reports with ESG insights. This role supports APX Luxury's regional publishing brands across lifestyle and luxury markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years' work experience in HR in a service industry
- Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Intermediate skills in PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws
- Knowledge of HR best practices
- Good command of English
- Good command of Thai
