Job Summary
Senior HR leadership role focusing on shaping and delivering the people agenda across the Group. Lead and develop the HR team (Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partners and HR Administration), partner with the Head of HR to implement people strategies, oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation. Provide strategic HR advice to senior leaders, manage complex employee relations, lead organisational change programmes and development initiatives, drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement. Support recruitment, total reward, Health & Safety, and the delivery of data-driven people insights and analytics across multiple locations, while fostering a values-driven, high-performing culture.
Required Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum)
- CIPD Level 7 desirable
