Job Summary
HR Manager at a food manufacturing facility overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance with labor laws, compensation/benefits, and safety. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- 5+ years of experience in human resources
- at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and food industry-specific compliance requirements
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification (preferred)
