HR LEARNING GENERALIST

HR Learning Generalist role supporting OD&L initiatives for a line of business, with autonomy to adjust objectives and plans, and to lead significant Learning/OD projects. Responsibilities include supporting OD&L processes, engaging with business leaders, and, at Manager level, leading projects while overseeing a team of individual contributors. The role serves a population typically 2,500+ and reports to an OD&L Manager or VP, with collaboration across multiple regions and geographies.
