Job Summary
Learning Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of L&D programs and courses, including securing venues (virtual and on-site), coordinating classroom logistics and technology, managing enrollments and notifications, coordinating instructors/vendors, handling vendor communications and invoices, maintaining L&D mailboxes, tracking learning history/audit trails, coordinating training materials/shipping, updating delivery schedules, researching training suppliers, producing periodic L&D reports with recommendations, and supporting facilitator activities. Strong preference for experience with SumTotal Learning System Management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Learning System Management; SumTotal strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating end-to-end learning programs and courses
- Vendor management and invoicing experience
- Ability to manage classroom logistics (venue, technology, catering) and course enrollment processes
- Ability to respond to inquiries and manage multiple L&D mailboxes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain training materials and schedules
- Capability to generate periodic L&D reports and recommendations
- Proficiency with learning delivery scheduling and project tracking
