Job Summary
Lead HR and Learning & Development to attract, onboard, and develop talent; collaborate with the People Team to enhance onboarding, learning content, and development pathways. Drive initiatives like Career Pathways, Knowledge and Skills Assessments, internal learning content, and Skills Badging, and contribute to accreditation and compliance work (ISO, B Corp, audits). Support commercial activities by shaping onboarding content and the Digital Badging product, leveraging HR and L&D expertise to track skills, learning, progression, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- A desire to innovate and improve how people learn, develop, and progress.
- Experience in operational HR and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience supporting recruitment, training, development, or employee review processes.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Good attention to detail and confidence handling confidential information.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support managers and employees professionally.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR or reporting systems.
- CIPD qualified, working towards qualification, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience or continuing professional development.
