Job Summary
Partner with the VP HR Transformation and CHRO to develop and execute the global talent strategy, leading succession planning, critical role management, and high-potential development initiatives. Drive workforce planning, organizational capability assessments, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance HR effectiveness and operational efficiency. Design learning and upskilling programs while leveraging data analytics, AI, and technology to modernize HR processes and support strategic business goals. Recruit top global HR talent, manage performance and reward decisions, and foster an inclusive culture through employee engagement and change management activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business management, financial forecasting, and department budgeting
- Experience in a fast paced, productive, lean, global corporate environment
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Exceptional influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive accountability while building strong partnerships across a global organization
- Ability to embrace technology, analytics, and AI to modernize HR processes and improve effectiveness
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively through change and transformation
- Think like a business leader first and an HR professional second
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity
- Bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
