Job Summary
Partner with China Integrated Supply Chain leadership, APAC Surgery Supply Chain Planning, and the Suzhou manufacturing plant to shape and execute the people agenda across talent, organization design, workforce planning, and culture. Translate business priorities into people strategies that support operational excellence and sustainable transformation, while leading talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development for critical supply chain roles. Drive organization effectiveness and cost optimization across manufacturing, planning, quality, and engineering functions, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and China labor requirements. Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture by bringing frontline voices into business decisions and improving retention and engagement across leadership and salaried populations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or related field
- 10–15 years experience
- Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or site-based operations in a multinational matrixed organization
- Strong experience in talent management, organization design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, employee engagement, and change management
- Experience using data and analytics to influence leaders and shape people solutions
- Knowledge of China employment practices, labor requirements, and compliance expectations
- Healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience
