Job Summary
Lead the local HR team at RX Japan, partnering with the President and COO to develop and deliver a people plan aligned with business strategy and global priorities. Drive the integration of Japan into the global RX/RELX operating model by advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives. Identify gaps between local and global practices to implement transition plans while ensuring policies align with global frameworks and Japanese labor law. Manage senior stakeholder engagement to build alignment and navigate change through the full people agenda.
Required Qualifications
- HRBPまたはHR Managementとして、事業に近い立場でのご経験
- HRチーム/メンバーのマネジメントおよび育成経験
- 組織変革、業務改善、制度やプロセスの見直しを推進した経験
- 関係者と信頼関係を築きながら、理解促進や合意形成を進めたご経験
- グローバルの方針と日本事業の状況を踏まえ、実務に落とし込める方
- 学士以上
- グローバル企業でのHR経験5年以上
- 日本語:流暢
- 英語:ビジネスレベル
- HR関連の専攻、資格所持者
- 海外でのHR経験
- People Management 経験
- ビジネスリーダー、ピープルマネージャー、Shared Services、給与、雇用法務、TA、Rewards、TD、Regional & Global HRとの関係構築能力
- 外部パートナー、サプライヤーとの関係構築能力
- Significant HR business partnering experience within a global, matrixed organisation
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders
- Experience leading HR through transformation or integration initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labour law and employment practices
- Broad HR expertise across talent, organisational development, reward, and employee relations
- People leadership experience with the ability to develop and lead teams
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English for global engagement
