Job Summary
HR Leader MedTech Turkey responsible for deploying the One HR agenda to enable business results through strong partnering with Business Leaders in Talent Management, Capability Development, Organizational Design and Change Management. Primary focus on supporting the Electrophysiology (EP) business in Turkey and other MedTech units, while contributing to regional HR initiatives. Responsibilities include deploying global HR strategy in collaboration with local leaders across organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management and workforce planning; driving a strong culture through development interventions and coaching; supporting change initiatives and employee communications; ensuring compliant HR processes and policies; developing country talent strategy and workforce plan; managing employee relations and employer-employee relationships to sustain productivity and morale; collaborating with Regional HR Teams and Shared Services to align with global HR services; minimum 10 years HR experience with at least 5 years in BUHR; fluent English; preferred mastering MBA/MA in HR and emerging markets experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant area; Master degree (e.g., MBA, MA HR) preferred
- Have a minimum 10 years of HR experience, at least 5 years as BUHR
- Fluent English is a Must
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into solutions
