Job Summary
HR Lead, LLN: Lead the LLN HR agenda by partnering with the Site Leadership Team to deliver talent, culture, and capability initiatives. Define and execute a unified people strategy aligned with corporate and local priorities; drive workforce planning, organizational design, change initiatives, and agile ways of working. Champion Zoetis culture, well-being, inclusion, and colleague experience while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and HR policies. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, talent management, onboarding, performance management, and development; coach the LLN HR team and lead leadership development. Collaborate with Belgium & Netherlands HR, COEs, and cross-functional partners; manage relations with Works Council and Unions. Requirements: degree in HRM/Business (CIPD preferred), 10+ years HR experience with 3–5 years at senior level, manufacturing experience, multinational/matrixed environment, strong stakeholder influence, fluent in French and English. Required Qualifications
- Degree in HRM, Business, or related discipline; CIPD membership preferred
- 10+ years HR experience with at least 3–5 years at a senior HR level or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a multinational, matrixed environment
- Experience leading labour relations and interacting with Works Councils and Unions
