Job Summary

Design and develop learning solutions across formats (ILT, webinars, eLearning, job aids, and blended programs); translate complex content into structured learning experiences and validate with SMEs. Apply instructional design and adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) to build scenarios and assessments; coordinate onsite training logistics and facilitate sessions. Leverage AI tools to speed development. Administer the LMS (Workday Learning), publish SCORM content, and ensure readiness for launches and compliance deadlines. Manage compliance training across Manufacturing, Corporate, and Restaurant & Retail; produce learning analytics dashboards and reports in Excel to drive improvements. Support Learning Technology platforms including LinkedIn Learning; assist Workday Learning implementation and integrations. Prepare training materials and resources for Workday rollout and coordinate stakeholders. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or learning program development. Preferred experience in continuous training design certification, AI-assisted design, and multi-division HRIS/LMS implementations. Location indicates San Leandro, CA (US) with in-person work.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning program development
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning) and intermediate skills in training authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora)
  • Experience designing and developing learning solutions across multiple formats, including instructor-led training, webinars, and digital learning
  • Knowledge of training and organizational development theories, and instructional design models (ADDIE and e-learning standards such as SCORM and AICC)
