Job Summary
Drive the transformation of the HR system landscape into a modern, integrated Workday platform by managing operations, development, and release management for selected HR applications including Time Tracking and Document Management. Lead the end-to-end implementation project, overseeing design, build, test, and go-live phases while steering external implementation and AMS partners to ensure quality, timeline adherence, and stable operations. Develop and manage a sustainable HR IT roadmap in close coordination with HR and IT teams, establishing and evolving a modern integration landscape for HR systems and third-party platforms like Azure and Identity Management.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich HR IT/ Application Management oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen
- Kenntnisse moderner HR-Systeme (z. B. Workday, SuccessFactors oder vergleichbar)
- Erfahrung in IT-Projekten oder Transformationen, idealerweise im Bereich Zeitwirtschaft oder HR-Core-Systeme
- Verständnis für Systemintegrationen, Schnittstellen oder Cloud-Architekturen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
