Job Summary

HR Intern to support recruitment and onboarding activities, manage HR data in the HR system (GEMS), and assist with reporting, documentation, and communications. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing candidate documentation, generating monthly HR reports and analytics, assisting with statutory surveys, processing invoices, and supporting HR projects and documentation updates. Requires currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; emphasizes strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong verbal and written communication. Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience: Previous internship or experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
