Job Summary
Develop engaging training content, including scripts, presentations, and instructional materials, by researching and organizing accurate information for new hire and ongoing employee training. Create and coordinate training video shoots by filming demonstrations in warehouse and manufacturing areas, then assist with editing, formatting, captions, and maintaining the video library. Translate operational procedures into clear, easy-to-understand training while working closely with HR and subject matter experts to ensure content reflects actual workplace expectations. Spend time on the production floor observing processes and gathering information to improve employee understanding and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable developing and presenting information in a clear and engaging manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with AI tools, video editing software, and other digital content creation platforms
- Ability to work comfortably in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
- Creative, curious, and willing to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Interest or experience in creating videos, presentations, or digital content is a plus
