Job Summary

HR Intern/Temporary role to support the Regional Head of Human Resources MEA in planning and administering HR policies across employee relations, performance reviews, benefits, separations and recruitment. Responsibilities include Leave Management, preparing HR letters, managing group medical and life insurance verifications and invoices, adding/removing employees from benefit plans, handling insurance certificates and claims escalations, maintaining HR and personnel files, conducting inductions and probation reviews, coordinating induction plans with line managers, monitoring performance reviews for new joiners, supporting HR policy development and administration, and providing HR/administrative support including recruitment, training, events, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Bachelors/Masters in Human Resource Management
  • Proficiency in Business Writing skills.
