Job Summary
Support all key HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management by preparing reports, dashboards, and relevant documentation. Assist the HR Business Partner in people lifecycle management, drafting job descriptions, screening CVs, organizing interviews, and managing candidate feedback. Collect training needs, maintain monitoring files, and support the implementation of training initiatives while developing professional relationships with internal stakeholders. This 6-month internship in Castellanza offers a monthly gross reimbursement of €800, a company canteen, and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international HR environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages and international exchange experience considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related fields
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Confidentiality, integrity and a professional approach to sensitive information
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and mediation skills
- Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment
