Job Summary
HR Intern (Shared Services) will support the Shared Services team in HR operations including onboarding/offboarding administration, processing new hire confirmations, administering benefits, generating employment letters (visa/PR applications), maintaining personnel files, addressing HR queries, compiling data for reports, and participating in HR projects. Located in Singapore, this 6-month internship emphasizes collaboration, proactive work, and providing HR support across onboarding, documentation, and benefits processes.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated
- Able to commit to a 6 months internship
