Job Summary
HR Intern at PJ’s Coffee Vietnam supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations for the store and office teams. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via job boards and university channels, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, posting recruitment ads, assisting onboarding, maintaining candidate and employee records, supporting internal communications, organizing employee engagement activities, and helping develop onboarding and training materials. Requires undergraduate or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related fields; strong interpersonal and bilingual (Vietnamese/English) communication; excellent organizational skills; comfort in a fast-paced retail and F&B environment; proficient with Microsoft Office. Work arrangement offers hybrid remote options with manager approval; unpaid internship with immediate start.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and F&B environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively with different teams
- Previous involvement in recruitment, event coordination, student activities, or hospitality environments is a plus
