Job Summary
Lead recruitment activities for US student programs, including requisition creation, job postings, resume reviews, phone screenings, interview coordination, and offer generation. Ensure I-9 compliance and assist with new hire orientation and onboarding updates. Support documentation for recruitment, onboarding, and engagement, plus planning for student events and coordinating assignments. Contribute to the World Headquarters engagement efforts and assist with initiatives to apply AI to HR processes. Actively pursuing a bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field and proficient in Microsoft Office; prior recruitment experience and strong attention to detail are desired. Required Qualifications
- Actively pursuing bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
