Job Summary
Human Resources Intern to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations on-site in Milpitas, CA. Responsibilities include coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates and management, maintaining candidate tracking and HR documentation, assisting with background checks and pre-employment documentation, preparing onboarding materials, conducting new hire orientations, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding, changes, and offboarding, and responding to routine employee inquiries. Requires pursuing or recently completed degree in HR/Business Administration/Psychology, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and legal work authorization in the United States. Schedule is 20 hours per week (part-time).
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
