Job Summary
HR Intern to support the Mexico HR team across operational, employee experience, and organizational initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day HR operations, onboarding and new hire coordination, cross-functional follow-up with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and People Operations, maintaining HR trackers and documentation, supporting internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives, coordinating site events and trainings, participating in ERG initiatives, assisting with data validation and audit tasks, and contributing to special HR projects and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements include pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related field, strong English communication, excellent organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to manage multiple tasks both independently and collaboratively. Based in Samara, Mexico City, with possible hybrid arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently and collaboratively
