HR Innovation & Operations Manager to drive strategic HR results for Gartner’s HR organization. Responsibilities include developing and delivering people-projects and processes focused on leadership development, internal mobility, and associate growth; partnering with Operations & Programs teams, HR Partners, business leaders, and HR COEs to surface issues and drive accountability; analyzing data to create executive-level insights and presentations; supporting critical annual HR processes with detailed scheduling and stakeholder collaboration; and continuously innovating to scale processes to support Gartner’s double-digit growth. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, data summarization, stakeholder influence, and comfort with AI tools to optimize HR processes are required; the role emphasizes proactive problem solving, collaboration across teams, and a customer-service mindset.
