HR Implementation Consultant - Remote

Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of SMB customers and guide them through setting up and adopting the Employment Hero platform. Design, develop, and deliver workshop content on HR implementations based on best practices while acting as an influencer, presenter, and trainer for all HR and payroll products. Provide technical assistance via Zendesk to resolve roadblocks, handle escalations, and project manage multiple client initiatives to exceed adoption targets. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Payroll Consultants, and Data teams to support the entire Employment Operating System. Use customer insights to test new features and influence future product development. Work remotely in an AI-first environment with a preference for asynchronous communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience/background in HR, Recruitment, Payroll, SaaS, systems implementation, online training, customer success, account management or customer facing technical support
- Project management experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high velocity environment
- Strong ability to build client relationships, influencing customer behaviour, and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Naturally enjoy technical problem solving, setting up new systems and deep diving into customer data
- Aren't afraid of targets and KPIs because they inspire and motivate you
- You like coming up with new ideas and solutions to any sized problem
- Can easily pivot and adapt when things change unexpectedly
- You are comfortable presenting online training to large and small groups, because you enjoy teaching systems to new users
- This position is open to candidates based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand (ANZ)
