Job Summary
HR/HSE Co Op internship supporting Health, Safety & Environmental initiatives and HR-related activities. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, employee relations and special projects; supporting the Life Critical Program (LCP) with SOPs, SWIs, data collection/analysis, and document updates; collaborating with plant teams and department members; facilitating data entry and safety communications; and contributing to project management of LCP steps. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat is expected; English fluency required. Ideal candidates are Junior or Senior students in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related Occupational Health/Safety programs; health, safety and/or environmental experience is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the United States. No travel required. Diversity and equal opportunity employer.
