Job Summary
Partner with leaders on recruitment, performance, employee relations, and workforce planning. Lead the delivery of local Health, Safety, and Wellbeing initiatives in line with Group strategy. Coach managers, influence outcomes, and support business-wide change. Ensure compliance and best practice in line with relevant policies and legislation. This genuine dual-role opportunity requires demonstrable experience across both HR and HSE, alongside a proactive mindset for using new technologies to enhance business outcomes. Required Qualifications
