Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English, providing support on policies, records, payroll, and benefits. This on-site role in Penang, Malaysia requires fluent Mandarin and English skills, with a maximum age of 25 and at least one year of customer service or HR support experience.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on-site in Penang
