Job Summary
Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English, providing support on policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits. Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to relevant teams while maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. Ensure service quality and response times meet company standards, supporting administrative HR tasks as required. Work on-site in Penang during 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts, with a maximum age requirement of 25 years. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, along with one year of experience in customer service or help desk roles.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on-site in Penang
