Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English, providing support on policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits. Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to relevant HR teams while maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. Ensure service quality and response times meet company standards, with occasional administrative HR tasks. This on-site role in Penang requires fluent Mandarin and English, minimum one year of customer service or HR support experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be under 25 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
