Job Summary
Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English, providing support on policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits. Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to relevant HR teams while maintaining accurate documentation of all employee interactions. Ensure service quality and response times meet company standards while supporting administrative HR tasks as required. Work on-site in Penang with an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, reporting to a team focused on efficient employee assistance and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Mandarin-speaking
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on-site in Penang
