HR Governance & MIS Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct HR risk assessments and control testing (RCSA) while monitoring and closing Key Risk Indicators on the GRC system. Execute disciplinary actions, ensure closure on the E-HR system, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive cases. Track Corrective Action Plans and audit observations to ensure timely resolution of governance-related issues. Support the MIS team in preparing Central Bank reports, manage the HR group Balance scorecard, and update dashboards for governance actions. Collaborate with departments to collect KRIs and assist in developing HR policies aligned with regulations. This role supports the HR Governance Manager in implementing robust compliance frameworks and operational risk standards across the HR function.
Required Qualifications
- UAE Nationals
- Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 1+ years in HR related role
- experience in MIS or Operational Risk Management
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams
- Solid writing and documentation skills
- Project and process management capabilities
- Discretion and confidentiality in sensitive matters
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
