Job Summary
As a Principal in HR Governance & Employee Relations, you will lead Human Resources governance matters in compliance with organisational and legislative requirements. Key responsibilities include advising senior leaders on employee and industrial relations, managing grievances and investigations, and ensuring effective union-management relations. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain and update HR policies and procedures, analyze employee feedback, and implement best practices. The role requires strong analytical skills, communication expertise, and a deep understanding of employment legislation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, with specialisation in Human Resource preferred

- Specialist knowledge and experience of Human Resources policies and procedures and associated governance and compliance
- Specialist knowledge and experience of employment legislation, industrial relations / unions, and management of employee grievances and investigations
- Strong business acumen
