Job Summary
HR Generalist focused on Talent Acquisition for veterinary healthcare in Switzerland. Lead direct search/headhunting for Veterinarian and Veterinary Technician profiles, build and maintain talent databases and pipelines, and act as a partner to clinics and management. Develop employer branding and participate in career events, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance with Swiss labor law. Hybrid working model on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Requires German language proficiency and English proficiency; collaboration with the global Talent Acquisition team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or as an HR Generalist
- Experience recruiting veterinary or healthcare professionals is highly desirable
- Native-level German (mandatory)
- Professional-level English (mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law
