Job Summary
HR Generalist supporting recruitment coordination, HRIS maintenance, and policy implementation for the Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines cluster. Responsibilities include recruitment activities coordination with HRBP and hiring managers, job postings, interview coordination, recruitment documentation, keeping staff files updated, and assisting with HR policies and procedures. Also supports HR administration across Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement, while maintaining confidential data and providing analytical, problem-solving support. Requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently and with teams, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. In-office role with primary locations in Jakarta and Makati City.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent combination of experience; insurance or financial services industry preferred
