Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for building and owning the HR function for an international organization in Monterrey, focusing on policies, payroll/benefits, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, development programs, and local compliance under Mexican labor law, while partnering with global teams to align with international HR practices and supporting contractor management and organizational scaling in Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations and compliance
- Experience with payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding
- Knowledge of local Mexican labor law (LFT) and regulatory requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Gusto, Deel)
- Ability to develop and manage performance management cycles
- Strong communication and employee relations skills
- Ability to partner with international teams (U.S., EU)
- Experience supporting contractor management and organizational scaling in Mexico
- Ability to create policies, SOPs, and documentation
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
