Job Summary
HR Generalist fluent in English and Spanish supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR data management for a government-contractor environment. Responsibilities include translating HR documents, coordinating full-cycle recruitment and onboarding in English and Spanish, addressing employee concerns, guiding benefits and claims, maintaining HRIS records, coordinating travel and expense reports, bi-weekly payroll processing, background checks, coordinating training, needs analyses to identify skill gaps, and developing programs to enhance engagement and productivity. Requires strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years experience in an HR support role
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong communication
- HRIS proficiency (preferably ADP)
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
- Experience in recruitment, benefits administration and employee relations

- As a government contractor, U.S. citizenship may be required for certain positions
