HR Generalist till Ving Sverige

HR Generalist in a Nordic Stockholm-based team, providing HR support to managers and employees on matters such as arbetsrätt, rehabilitation, friskvård, tjänstledighet, arbetsmiljö, and our HR system Catalyst One; handling HR and payroll administration and contributing to digital HR-process improvements using AI/automation; collaborating with HR Business Partners and supporting recruitment when needed; participating in initiatives to develop and digitalize HR processes, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration across Nordic countries and with hotel, airline, and destination teams; requires an academic HR-equivalent degree and knowledge of Swedish labor law; Stockholm-based, permanent full-time with a hybrid work arrangement.
