Job Summary
Partner with the HR Business Partner team to coordinate HR activities, manage administrative processes, and execute day-to-day workflows. Provide data and analytics support by compiling, validating, and summarizing workforce data to support business decisions, while developing and distributing recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses. Monitor and manage shared HR mailboxes, ensuring inquiries are triaged, routed, and resolved within expected turnaround times. Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation, workflow improvements, and better use of existing HR technology. Support employee relations intake by responding to low-level concerns and partnering with managers to draft routine corrective action documentation. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data and reporting requests.
Required Qualifications
- English language fluency
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR inclusive of HR analytics, reporting, HRIS, shared services, or a related operational support role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, validate, interpret, and summarize HR data accurately
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using HR systems, shared mailboxes, workflow tools, reporting platforms, or automation tools
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and prioritization skills
- Strong written communication skills

- Ability to partner effectively across HR, HRIS, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence
