Job Summary
HR Generalist will assist the HR Manager with daily HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, and retention; support HR policy refinement, HR compliance, HRIS administration, benefits, compensation, STD/LTD/FMLA, Workers’ Compensation administration, and maintaining confidential employee records. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a team-oriented, results-driven environment. Preferred: 3+ years of HR/Recruiting experience and SHRM-CP or PHR certification. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- at least three years of Human Resources Assistant, Generalist and/or Recruiting experience preferred
