Job Summary
Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR programs, policies, and employment practices. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, job changes, and offboarding activities while maintaining accurate employee records and workforce data. Assist managers with staffing, performance management, attendance, and employee development matters, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities. Support investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution, escalating complex matters to HR leadership as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws through accurate record-keeping and audit support. Partner with HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Safety, and operational leaders to drive workforce initiatives and organizational projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of Human Resources experience in a generalist, specialist, coordinator, administrative, or related capacity
- Experience working with confidential information and maintaining discretion
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience supporting employees and managers in a multi-site or operational environment
- Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or progress toward certification
