Job Summary
HR Generalist - Talent & Engagement responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for staff, faculty, and student positions; onboarding and New Employee Orientation; driving employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture; developing recruitment strategies, candidate communications, onboarding resources, and HR programs; partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent and enhance the employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle; supports employee communications and development initiatives; collaborates on wellness and organizational goals; requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR-related roles; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum three (3) years of recruiting, employee engagement, human resources, or related areas.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
- Knowledge of employment practices, HR processes, and compliance requirements.
