Job Summary
HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting (~50-60%) across sales, marketing, engineering, service, operations, and manufacturing, and handle HR Generalist activities (40-50%) including employee relations, benefits, payroll support, compliance, and HR program execution. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, source pipelines for critical roles, deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, coordinate interviews and offers, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities also include onboarding/offboarding, performance management support, learning & development coordination, HR compliance with federal/state/local regulations, and contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives. Must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience), with 5–10+ years in HR, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., UKG Ready, Paycor, Paycom). Skills emphasized include strategic thinking, organization, stakeholder management, communication, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
