Job Summary
HR Generalist supporting daily HR functions including investigations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, performance and talent management, employee relations, policy administration, and training initiatives. Requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, and solid problem-solving and professional conduct. Bachelor’s degree required with at least one year of HR experience preferred; SHRM-CP certification is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS and talent-management systems recommended.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least one year of human resource management experience preferred
- SHRM-CP Certification is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems
