Job Summary
Administer employee leave programs, manage accommodation requests, and resolve straightforward employee relations issues at the Round Lake Manufacturing Plant. Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, support the employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding, and maintain accurate confidential records within Workday. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, tracking concerns and communicating strategic solutions. Requires 1-3 years of HR experience, knowledge of FMLA and ADA, and no allergies to penicillin or cephalosporins due to facility exposure. Full-time onsite role with M-F hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of Human Resource experience
- No sensitivity or allergy to penicillin or cephalosporins
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and applicable employment laws and regulations
- Experience managing sensitive employee matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Manufacturing Plant Environment
