Job Summary
HR Generalist at Genfare (SPX) serves as a point of contact for local leaders and employees, focusing on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and continuous improvement for ~150 employees. Core responsibilities include addressing day-to-day HR issues, coaching on performance management, ensuring policy compliance, managing employee life cycle (staffing, onboarding/offboarding), applying compensation programs for offers and reviews, coordinating temporary staffing, coordinating training (performance management, leadership development, pay planning, new employee orientation, compliance), facilitating performance reviews, maintaining knowledge of labor laws, supporting HR systems (Ceridian Dayforce, SuccessFactors), managing attendance tracking, benefits inquiries, and contributing to ongoing HR projects and metrics. Required experience includes a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing HR, local recruiting/training/compensation program administration. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; Master's preferred with HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred. Travel is minimal (<10%) with occasional plant/manufacturing environment work. The salary range is $88,000-$110,000 with discretionary bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
