HR Generalist

HR Generalist to join Similarweb's global HR Operations and C&B team. You will support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across global teams, partner on headcount management, organizational changes, internal mobility, and compensation-related topics, and serve as a main point of contact for HR-related matters. You will collaborate cross-functionally with HRBP, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure smooth, compliant HR operations, maintain accurate employee and organizational data across HR systems, and prepare HR documents and guidelines. The role also involves identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and drive efficiency through systems, technology, and AI-driven tools. They value adaptability, collaboration, attention to detail, proficiency with Excel/Sheets and HR systems, and knowledge of global HR processes and compliance.
